Warranty
Window treatments sold through Q Blinds are custom made and designed to function in the window thatthey were measured for. We at Q Blinds take pride in our work and are confident in the products andservices we offer our valued clients. This unparalleled TRANSFERABLE warranty for products that arecorrectly installed, maintained and without modification is transferable means that the warranty followsthe product, not the buyer. This allows contractors, designers and home sellers to pass along the service,not just the product.
Measurements:
All products measured by our designers or installers are guaranteed to fit and operate in the window that they were measured by, within industry tolerances. If they do not fit within industry standards the items in question will be replaced free of charge with like products.
Any products NOT measured by our designers or installers are excluded from this protection. However, any product measured by a client will be made to the specifications provided by the client including standard factory deductions, if any, and the size will be guaranteed.
Covered under the Q Blinds warranty:
Materials, components, brackets, mechanisms and workmanship are guaranteed to remain free of defects.
Installation is guaranteed to remain trouble-free.
Operational cords and ladders are guaranteed to remain free of defects for 10 years from the date of purchase.
Not covered under the Q Blinds warranty:
Defects caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, mismeasurement by the client, exposure to excessive heat or moisture, natural disasters, or alterations by anyone other than an authorized Q Blinds representative.
Changes in color from exposure to sunlight, or normal wear and tear that naturally takes place over time.
Products for which the customer has signed a warranty waiver.
Procedures:
If a product requires service email us at service@qblinds.com. Please include the following information so we may process your request in a timely manner.

*Best number we can contact you during the day
*Specific details as to your warranty request
*A picture, if possible, (digital picture attached to an email) of the specific warranty issue so
that we may better diagnose your request

A Client Care Expert will diagnose and attempt to troubleshoot the problem within 2 business days. If necessary, a replacement or similar (if original is no longer available) product will be provided or professional repair will be arranged under the following guidelines:
● Within 2 years from date of purchase, Q Blinds will repair or replace a defective product under warranty, in the client’s home, if possible, at no charge, if installation services were originally purchased.
● At any time, the client may deliver a defective product under warranty to Q Blinds and the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge, however cost of removal, shipping and reinstallation charges are not covered.
● After 7 years from the date of purchase, defective cords and ladders can often be repaired or replaced by the customer with a free repair kit supplied by Q Blinds. If a professional repair is required and if possible, the client can deliver the defective product to an authorized repair location, and labor charges will apply.
● If possible, and at their option, Q Blinds may repair products not covered by this warranty for a nominal charge.
● At any time, the client may deliver a defective product under warranty to Q Blinds and the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge, however cost of removal, shipping and reinstallation charges are not covered.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Q BLINDS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND/OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Q BLINDS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, OR OTHER INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to everyone. This warranty gives everyone specific legal rights, including other rights which vary from state to state.
